Our Story

We didn't set out to build a tech company. We set out to solve a problem that kept getting in the way of having a good day. Like most people, we were tired of the back and forth-finding a time that her chasing confirmations, missing out on last-minute plans. And when it came to the small businesses we loved-our local barber, favourite pilates studio, or go-to café-we kept forgetting, double-booking, or cancelling last minute.
Booking systems felt like they were setting us up to fail. And in the process, we were failing our favourite people and places. So we built Gooday. To help people and businesses fill calendars with moments that matter-with no room for error. To save time, reduce no-shows, and take the friction out of planning.
